This week in celebrity real estate, it’s about the real estate tracks of leading ladies. Olivia Wilde, Kate Walsh and Naya Rivera all recently sold homes in Los Angeles.

Olivia Wilde snags buyer for Los Feliz home

After buying a new home in New York last November, the “House” actress had been trying to sell her Los Feliz home. Olivia Wilde first listed the place for $2.495 million and eight months later closed the deal for $2.19 million, according to property records.

The 3,284-square-foot home is a 1920s Spanish style with original Malibu tile, hardwood floors, stained glass and iron details throughout. With 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths, as well as outdoor terraces and patios, the home had no shortage of living space for the 29-year-old star.

A larger California spread isn’t what the “The O.C.” actress is after, though. With her divorce from Italian filmmaker Tao Ruspoli finalized in 2011 and her engagement to actor Jason Sudeikis announced earlier this year, Wilde is ready to make her move to the Big Apple more permanent.

Kate Walsh dumps former home for $4.675 million

As Dr. Addison Montgomery, Kate Walsh is known for having a successful “Private Practice” on the ABC spinoff from “Grey’s Anatomy.” In real estate, the actress has been trying to sell her Nottingham Avenue home since 2010. She first listed it as a pocket listing in February 2010, according to The Real Estalker blog. A few months later, it officially hit the MLS for $4.295 million.

Now property records and the Huffington Post confirm she has sold the place for $4.675 million.

The listing agent described the Los Feliz property as “the perfect marriage of Old World charm and stunning modern updates,” though Walsh and Alex Young’s marriage didn’t last while they lived in the home. They bought it together in 2007, but once their divorce was finalized in 2010 the couple was ready to sell.

A new owner now gets to enjoy the Spanish-style villa spanning 13,600 square feet. Built in 1928, the home has 4 bedrooms, a garage-converted Pilates studio, pool and luxurious master suite.

With a real estate agent mom, Naya Rivera’s go at real estate hasn’t been quite as long as Walsh’s. The Cheerio (“Glee” speak for cheerleader) listed her modest Beverly Hills home in late March for $2.1 million. By June 21, property records reflected a sale for $1.93 million.

The Beverly Glen-area home measures 3,300 square feet with 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths. While not bad for a starter Hollywood home, Rivera had her eyes on 4,158 square feet in Los Feliz. The actress bought a traditional-style home a month after listing in Beverly Hills.

While her new place is larger, Rivera invested heavily in her former home, upgrading the kitchen, outdoor living spaces and salt-water pool soon after she bought it in April 2012 for $1.475 million.
