Many new moms feel financial and personal pressure to return to work, sometimes within days or weeks after giving birth. And for some new parents, paid maternity leave isn't even option, as TODAY’s Jenna Bush Hager reported today. 

A new mom herself, she also explored her own return to work in a personal essay for TODAY.com and called out for fellow parents to share their parental leave experiences. From a few weeks off to using up vacation time and sick days, here’s what you had to say.
