Mountain Climbers
Jumping Jacks
Squats
Pushups
Crunches
Ski jumps
Rockette Kick and Clap
This move is a Joy exclusive, so here are the steps: Lift one leg up (knee can be bent) until your leg is parallel to the floor (if you can go higher, then great!) and clap your hands underneath your leg. Then quickly switch legs. Keep alternating.
Windmill
Stand up tall with arms up on the air. Bend knee up and reach for your toes with the opposite hand. Return hand and leg to starting position. Repeat on the opposite side. Continue alternating.
