Dry meat dry rub

  • 1 cup garlic powder
  • 1 cup smoked paprika
  • 3 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons kosher salt
  • 4 ounces onion powder
  • 2 ounces chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon chili flakes

In a large bowl mix all the ingredients and mix well. Apply to chicken before placing on the grill. 

Honey orange marinade

  • 2 cups soy sauce
  • 2 cups orange juice
  • 1 cup honey
  • 3 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 cup rice wine vinegar
  • 2 small white onion sliced
  • 5 cloves fresh garlic -sliced
  • 4 ounces canola oil

In a large bowl, add the garlic, onion, brown sugar, honey and mix well. Then add the remaining ingredients and mix well. Use the marinade on steak, salmon or shrimp before cooking.
