Fruity s'mores

  • 1 banana, still in its peel
  • 1 graham cracker
  • 1 square chocolate
  • Strawberries, thinly sliced

Grill the banana in its peel until it's gooey. Carefully open peel and scoop some banana onto a graham cracker. Add the chocolate and the sliced strawberries. Top with the second graham cracker square.

S'mores brownies

  • Brownie batter (mix or homemade)
  • Mini marshmallows
  • Chocolate syrup
  • Graham crackers, for crumbling

Prepare your favorite brownies in an 8-inch x 8-inch square or round broiler-safe pan. When just cooked through, top with mini marshmallows. Broil until toasted. Drizzle with chocolate syrup and top with crumbled graham crackers.

S'mores milkshake

  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 tbsp. chocolate syrup
  • 4 toasted marshmallows
  • 1 1/2 cups vanilla ice cream
  • 1 graham cracker, plus more for crumbling
  • Toasted mini-marshmallows

In a blender, mix the milk, chocolate syrup and toasted marshmallows until smooth. Add the ice cream and graham cracker. Blend again until just combined. Pour into a tall glass and top with toasted mini-marshmallow and crumbled graham cracker.
