We've always imagined Lori Loughlin to be a morning person. Her "Full House" character, "Aunt Becky" Katsopolis, was the co-host of "Wake Up, San Francisco," after all.

So when the actress visited TODAY on Thursday to discuss her role on the Hallmark Channel series "When Calls the Heart," we were eager to hear more about her a.m. routine.

For the latest installment of our #BreakfastTODAY series, we served Loughlin her first meal of the day — a vegetarian omelette — and asked her to dish on what mornings are like in her household.

I hit snooze...

"This morning, four times. Probably just once though, in my everyday life when I have to get the kids to school."

I like my eggs...

"Scrambled."

My morning pep talk is...

"Coffee is waiting. Coffee is waiting."

Without my morning coffee...

"I would be incoherent and useless."

My ideal breakfast buddy would be...

"It would be my family. Not just one, but all of them. My husband, my kids."

My special family breakfast...

"Pancakes. When they were little, we used to do the Mickey Mouse ears and smiley faces and all of that, and now that they're older we just do straight-up pancakes."

Aunt Becky's go-to breakfast...

"Well, if she's on her way out the door to 'Wake Up, San Francisco,' a cup of coffee and a Balance bar. If she's sitting down with Jesse and Nicky and Alex, she'd do a big breakfast, like eggs and French toast."
