'Dancing' through the pain: Hough suffers during sibling routine

Hoofer Derek Hough took the “Dancing With the Stars” stage alongside his little sister, former show-pro-turned-film-star Julianne Hough, Tuesday night. But while the siblings looked to be in top form for their high-energy jive, Derek was just smiling through the pain.

During rehearsal, Derek suffered a dislocated shoulder.

“He popped it back in, but he is still in a lot of pain,” one source told People just before show time.

After the show, Derek confirmed the injury and dismissed it as “just a little ping."

"Yes, I dislocated my shoulder," he told E! News. "This week it was bothering me a little bit. I had pain in my neck and I was overcompensating and it went into my shoulder."
