Kim Raver is no "24" newcomer — her character, Audrey, has been around since season four — but that doesn't mean the show can't still shock her.
"I know some of the secrets, and then literally some I don't," the actress explained on TODAY Friday. She noted she'd recently been reading some of the new scripts (the show is still filming), and was blown away.
"I literally gasped out loud," she said. "The writers are so good that they create moments where, you know, it's still a page turner."
As for poor Audrey (who was once in love with Kiefer Sutherland's Jack Bauer, but is now married to someone else), she's really been through the wringer. But, said Raver, don't count her out yet.
"She's kind of finding her voice," said the actress. "Especially with that twist, that Jack is back and 'how could you not tell me?' ... So ... I really find that Audrey is kind of coming back as well."
