NBC investigation: Ohio fertility clinic failure affects more patients than thought
New details emerge over a tank failure at a fertility center in Cleveland, Ohio, earlier in March. The University Hospitals Fertility Center now says equipment malfunctions have affected some 4,000 frozen eggs and embryos, twice what was previously reported. An NBC News investigation has found the manufacturer of the tank, Custom Biogenic Systems, has a history of previous malfunctions. Now some families affected are suing, NBC's senior national correspondent Kate Snow reports.
