Packing is an art. And sometimes, art is weird.
Kathie Lee and Hoda asked viewers about the craziest things they bring along when they travel (other than their co-anchors). Here's some of what they said:
- Extension cord, because "you never know."
- Itinerary, in every piece of luggage, for the ultra Type-A traveler.
- Twist-tie, to attach keys to things.
- Blue painter's tape, for parents, to cover hotel room outlets from little fingers, and also to, um, hang art.
And what about the ladies? Neither of them copped to putting anything too bizarre in their suitcases, but Hoda admitted, "I do overpack."
Well, you can never really bring too many extension cords.
