Charlie Sheen is headed to court today. Not because he's ready to talk it out with Warner Bros., mind you.
E! Online will be streaming live starting at 8 a.m. PT, when Sheen is expected to appear in family court to argue that he should be given sole custody of his 2-year-old twin sons in the face of ex-wife Brooke Mueller's so-called erratic behavior.
A source confirmed to E! News that Sheen, whose Violent Torpedo of Truth/Defeat Is Not an Option tour hit Atlantic City on Saturday and Mashantucket, Conn., on Sunday, flew into L.A. Monday evening.
After court, he'll be jetting off to Washington, D.C., for another show tonight.
