When he's not making one of his captivating appearances on Real Housewives, Teresa's fireplug goombah hubby Joe has been charged with forgery (twice), DUI, driving with a suspended license, fradulently obtaining a Jersey driver's license and, of course, bankruptcy.
Now poor Joe's reduced to doing the cooking while loyal Teresa offers up the cheapest thrill her man can still afford: her body.
