Once again Michael Lohan is blabbing to the media about his ex-wife, Dina, but he may actually have a point this time. Turns out Lindsay’s pop, like much of this gossip-reading world, finds Dina’s accolade as one of the “Top 20 Long Island Mothers of Celebrities” a bit of a head scratcher.

“Are you kidding! Top celebrity mom?” Michael exclaimed to Page Six. “Look at her off-screen antics, her lack of morals and how she conducts herself. I guess they forgot to mention how this top super-mom leaves her kids alone at night and even parties in their presence. Just wait until we go back to court.”

Michael claimed the honoree recently came “stumbling out of Butter at 3:15 a.m. with bloodshot eyes and a red runny nose, yelling ‘Oh, (bleep),’ when she saw the paparazzi.” He also told Page Six that Dina skipped a family therapy session just to pick up her top mom award, which he dubbed “a joke.”

According to Dina, who fired back at Michael via Page Six, she isn’t even required to go to those sessions. “My kids want me there, so I go. Obviously with our (TV) show and the event, Ali and I rescheduled.”

The momager alleges Michael tried to sabotage her moment in the spotlight. “He's jealous that I got the award,” she said. “He even called the organizers and tried to talk them out of giving it to me.”

Marie Osmond takes swipe at Billy Ray Cyrus
Speaking to AOL Television to promote her co-hosting duties on the upcoming “America’s Favorite Mom” Mother’s Day television special, Marie Osmond offered up some motherly advice of her own for Billy Ray Cyrus.

When asked if today’s young celebs are under more pressure than she was during her own youthful heyday, Marie said, “I can only speak for myself, but, for example, the Miley thing — her dad stepped out (of the Vanity Fair photo shoot). My parents never, never left us alone.”

The "Hannah Montana” star is a money-making sensation in music, TV and film.

Marie sympathized with the position that left the 15-year-old “Hannah Montana” star in. “How do you say no to somebody like Annie (Leibovitz) when you’re a little girl?” She added, “If your kids are going to be in that kind of business, then you need to make it your business to be there for them.”

Of course, Billy Ray can rest assured that deep down Marie knows you can’t always be there. While Marie participated in last season’s “Dancing With the Stars,” her 16-year-old son, Michael, entered rehab for undisclosed reasons.

Dish on the flyLittle Harlow Madden’s influence reaches beyond her parents, according to Nicole Richie. “I feel like my group of five to 10 friends, they really love (Harlow), like she’s theirs,” Nicole told Harpers Bazaar. “My friends never go outside for smoke breaks anymore, they don’t curse, they are definitely more demure. It’s actually been really interesting.” … Although she’s been accused of losing, abandoning and neglecting them, Paris Hilton thinks her pet-rearing skills speak to her future mommy skills. “I have a lot of beautiful animals that I look after and I feel I would have a lot to give my children,” the celebutante said in a quote posted to The Sun.
