After stunning Hoda with her baked goods, Connie Weis of Brownies, Cookies and S'More visited TODAY's Kitchen to whip up a batch of her famous "PMS brownies."

The ladies each got to make some, but Connie gave special attention to KLG, who is not a baker and spent a good deal of time rolling her eyes and wondering what it was all for.

"What difference does it make?" Kathie Lee asked of adding vanilla, and skipped intensive flour sifting in favor of just dumping the whole dang bowl in.

"Don't mind me," said Hoda, while Connie helped KLG layer peanuts and peanut butter cups on top of her lumpy batter.

"How many calories are in these?" wondered KLG.

"Don't ruin this," warned Hoda.

Connie demurred, which is probably for the best. Just enjoy the brownies.
