Sound the conch alarm! The ladies broadcasted live today from the Bahamas!

Today and Friday's broadcasts will be coming to you poolside from the Atlantis Resort on Paradise Island, where Kathie Lee and Hoda will be checking out local hot spots, sampling local cuisine, and chatting with local porpoises. You can look to forward to sarongs, sunshine, inappropriate lei jokes, and, of course, elaborate tropical drinks consumed out of ridiculously oversized fruit

Previous trips abroad have proven that there's no such thing as a quiet vacation with KLG and Hoda. A memorable jaunt to Montreal saw our girls hop in bed with a mime, and let us not forget the Great Jamaican Goat Race. But if anybody can top the wild antics of travels past, it's our girls. (Especially when there's rum involved.) Sara will be taking on island hopping duties, checking in from neighboring Exuma, Andros, Abaco, and style editor Bobbie will swing by to demo some Carribbean fashions. Last but not least, the ladies will make some new animal friends. Sorry Hoda: there will be barracudas.

Can't make it out? Don't worry. You'll be able to send them snaps of you from the tropical paradise of your living room. Just post them on their Facebook page starting today. It's the next best thing to being there. (Especially when there's rum involved.)
