The perp? TODAY producer Joanne LaMarca. The crime? Wearing new clothing — with the tags on — before returning the items back to their stores. KLG warned shopkeepers that Joanne routinely returned stuff she's already taken for a spin. They caught her in the act this morning, and forced her to cut the tags off of a dress she planned to take back.
