We knew that Ted and Co. would be attending a wedding in the sixth season of How I Met Your Mother, as it was revealed in the season premiere. But what they didn't tell us is who the bride and groom were. And we've been content to just sit back and wonder innocently what the season finale would hold in regards to that mystery wedding.
Except the opposite of that. We've been going crazy trying to figure out who was getting married! We've picked apart every episode looking for clues until we went cross-eyed. But blessedly, we got our answer tonight. And what's better...now we can all chat about it.

In the final moments of the episode, we found ourselves back outside the church with Marshall (Jason Segel) and Ted (Josh Radnor). Lily (Alyson Hannigan) appeared to summon the best man, Ted, because the groom needed him. And who did the groom turn out to be?
Barney! Looks like "the Barnacle" is the one getting hitched. Who's the bride? Well, we know that Nora (Nazanin Boniadi) is back in Barney's (Neil Patrick Harris) life after they ran into each on the street and he invited her to go get a cup of coffee. But by the look on Robin's (Cobie Smulders) face, she was still in love with Barney and not too happy about Nora's reappearance.
Also important to keep in mind: The wedding was a flashforward. How far into the future? "A little ways down the road" is what the official transition screen said.
Oh, and lets not forget that Lily and Marshall are pregnant! It's Erikson baby time!
