Anna Nicole Smith had yet another wardrobe malfunction.

The merry widow and diet-pill plugger startled the crowd at Nashville's Grand Ole Opry by flashing the audience.

“She was on stage dancing with some cloggers when she broke loose from her partner and did her own thing,” one stunned ticket-holder told The Scoop. “She was shimmying around, shaking her breasts, and lifted up her skirt in a sort of square-dance-can-can move and gave the audience a view of her panties. And then she did some sort of crazy dance where turned around and stuck her butt out at the audience and lifted her skirt. At one point, her boob popped out.”

The source says that the crowd at the famed country music hall — which included singing legend Loretta Lynn — “didn’t seem to know what to make of Anna’s antics but seemed to be having a good time. Even the folks in the cheap seats got their money worth because most of it was on the big video screens.”

She's got the look

Looks like Lindsay Lohan has been changing more than her hair.

The “Mean Girls” star made headlines recently when she dyed her trademark red locks platinum — reportedly for a movie. Now, onlookers have noticed that Lohan’s pretty perky lips are looking extraordinarily puffy lately.

“She looks like she borrowed Melanie Griffith's mouth,” noted one observer. “She looks much better without the trout pout,” opined AwfulPlasticSurgery.com.

Lohan’s rep didn’t return calls for comment.

Notes from all over

Reporters interviewing Sandra Bernhard for her new comedy show are given two ground rules: no questions about her religion, Kabbalah, and no questions about ex-pal Madonna. . . . Singing sensation Charlotte Church has become depressed because of the constant attention from paparazzi, according to her mother. “If she’s out and about in town or the center of London it can be very, very aggressive,” she told BBC Radio 5 Live. “I’ve been with Charlotte when we’ve been pushed, stamped on, anything to get that photo.”  . . . Jude Law and fiancée Sienna Miller are looking to avoid such depression. The “Alfie” star and his sweetie are moving from London to New York, according to World Entertainment News Network to get away from the “goldfish bowl” of life in London.
