Amy Schumer doesn't shy away from edgy humor, and now that the comedian's opening for the boundary-breaking Madonna on tour, audiences may find themselves even more shocked by what comes out of her mouth.
But apparently when the "Trainwreck" star was a little girl, what came out of her mouth was Madonna's "Like a Prayer" — and it was absolutely adorable.
"Guess who auditioned for @Madonna and got the part?" reads text accompanying Schumer's video, posted Thursday morning to her accounts on Instagram and Twitter. "See you in NYC on Sept 16, 17 and 19."
Ticketmaster's website confirms that Schumer appears on the bill for the Material Girl's Madison Square Garden and Barclays Center performances scheduled for those dates.
If Schumer keeps this up, the actress-comedian may have to add "pop star" to her already-impressive résumé.
