Hilaria Baldwin has a message for new moms: love your body, you earned it.
Two days after giving birth to her second child with actor Alec Baldwin, the yoga instructor posted an Instagram snapshot today showing off her uncovered belly. But this was no humble brag: Baldwin included an inspirational message about why women shouldn't be so hard on themselves after giving birth.
"I hope you understand my intention here: I believe it is important to accept and love our form after going through a bit of a battle to bring life into this world," she wrote. "Deep breath, here we go..."
Baldwin, 30, posed in lingerie for the selfie, which she wrote was taken in her hospital bathroom.

And yes, there's still a bump. Fans praised Baldwin for being "brave" and "honest" with her message, since "you just don't put your skinny jeans on from the hospital," one commenter wrote.
Baldwin added that the newborn is "doing wonderfully" and is "such a sweet little boy."
The Baldwins, who married in 2012, announced the birth of their son Rafael on Wednesday. They also have a daughter, Carmen.
