October 19: Hopscotch
TODAY Parenting Team Contributor Rjenkins1982 shared this simple-but-adorable hopscotch costume on the TODAY Parenting Team.
"My daughter, Mabel, always chooses her costume idea," wrote Rjenkins1982. "This year it was hopscotch. While it was quite a challenge, we worked together to create the perfect hopscotch board."

The crafty mom says she used velcro to allow the board to be easily detached from her daughter's clothing, along with sparkly felt and quilt binding to create the board and numbers.
