Once bitten, twice ... well, Scarlett Johansson may not be shy about marriage, but at the moment, she's got no interest in getting re-hitched -- or having kids.

"I got married when I was young and it was incredibly romantic and I liked being married, actually," the 28-year-old actress told Elle UK about her union with actor Ryan Reynolds, which lasted from 2008-10.

But, she added, "To me, being in a functioning relationship doesn't mean you have to be married. I never think about marriage. Is that weird? The only time I ever think about it is when people ask me would I get married again. It's really not important to me. It has no relevance to me right now."

Johansson is known for keeping mum on her private life. According to People magazine, the "Avengers" star is currently dating journalist Roman Dauriac.

She also noted that children are not in her near future: "I'm not having kids any time soon, I'm in a nice relationship, I'm working a lot, and like I said, it's not important to me."

In the interview, she also discusses drawing closer to 30 ("I feel like growing pains are behind me"), looking for fellow creative types in relationships ("I like people that have a colorful way of looking at things, that are inspiring and like art, music and film") and being shapely ("I've always been curvy. It runs in the family. Throw an evening frock and it's like all of a sudden you have boobs and everyone is like, 'Bombshell!' Instantly it was: 'The new Marilyn (Monroe)'!").

The rest of Johansson's interview can be found in Elle UK's February issue.
