“Wonder Years” star Danica McKellar has filed for divorce, according to a new report.
The actress-turned-author filed for the split from husband Mike Verta, a composer, in Los Angeles County Superior Court, TMZ reported on Wednesday.

She has reportedly asked for joint custody -- physical and legal -- of their son, Draco, who was born in September 2010.
After playing Winnie Cooper on “The Wonder Years,” McKellar went to college and became a math whiz and best-selling author.

The actress has not addressed the filing on Twitter, but on Thursday, tweeted, “You cannot be lonely if you like the person you’re alone with. -- Dr. Wayne Dyer.”
