MEATLOAF
INSTRUCTIONS
1 lb ground beef
1 small diced white onion
1/2 diced red onion
2 tablespoon chopped parsley
1 teaspoon oregano
1/2 teaspoon thyme
2 tablespoons grated Romano cheese
1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon honey
1 1/2 tablespoons tomato paste
salt and pepper to taste
3 eggs
1/2 cup bread crumbs
DIRECTIONS
Mix all ingredients and cook in a 375 degree oven.
MAC & CHEESE
INGREDIENTS
1 lb. elbow macaroni
1/2 diced white onion
4 tablespoons butter
2 cup milk
3 cup cheddar cheese
1 teaspoon of cornstarch
1/2 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
DIRECTIONS
Sweat onion in butter until translucent, then add milk until hot but not boiling, then whisk in the cheese and add cornstarch and worcestershire sauce. Add to cooked pasta and bake in a 375 degree oven for about 20 minutes.
EZEKIEL’S FAMOUS ROASTED VEGETABLES
INGREDIENTS
1 eggplant
1 zucchini
1 yellow squash
1 red pepper
1 yellow pepper
1 sliced red onion
1/2 radichio
1/4 cup chopped basil
2 tablespoon of dark balsamic
vinegar
1/4 cup olive oil
DIRECTIONS
Stripe and cube eggplant, cube zucchini, yellow squash, red and yellow pepper, Julianne red onion.
Roast all vegetables separately on a lightly oiled, and salted sheet pan, in a 400 degree oven. When all vegetables are cooked and cooled,
mix in a large bowl with remaining ingredients. If needed add salt and pepper to taste.
