Whether you are going out with your girlfriends, traveling for business or having dinner with your husband, these four hot looks will keep you in fashion without looking like a fashion victim. Kelly Killoren Bensimon, author, model and founding editor of “Elle Accessories,” clues you in to this fall’s hottest runway looks:

ChanelFrench designer Chanel is the pioneer of modern fashion for what we call sportswear. Known for mixing menswear and womenswear, Chanel's designer look inspires us to pile on the pearls and gives us the ultimate French-chic look.

Top to bottom: Berets are a fun accessory, a great cover-up on bad hair days, and the perfect way to get that stylish French look.

Pearls: The bigger the better. Pearls add a feminine touch to even the most casual T-shirt.

Menswear and womenswear: Take a feminine shirt and wear a tight menswear jacket with skinny jeans.

Tricks of the trade: Black leather jackets and pearls look great with black pants, or over a black dress. Simple, sexy, and sophisticated.

Top to bottom: The trench coat is the new overcoat. Trench coats are great for any weather and any occasion, whether worn over a knit dress or a black tie.

Knit dresses look great even if you have a lot of curves. Belt knits for a sexier look, Gold strappy sandals create a sporty, playful evening look.

Missoni
Missoni-inspired knits and patterns take the boho-chic style out of Woodstock and on to the chicest women in the world. Effortless and colorful “flame dye” knitwear (achieved by only partly immersing the yarn in the dye to leave a white mark, or to allow the color of the yarn to show through) drapes and brightens the simplest designs and makes them effortless. This off-the-shoulder dress paired with a chunky scarf adds texture and brings sophistication to a sexier dress. It's great to wear on a date, or even shopping with friends.

Top to bottom: The scarf is the new sweater. Warm and cozy, this bulky scarf adds great texture. This pattern dress is a great alternative to a simple black dress. Wide belt: Even if you don't have curves, belt it. Insta curves!

Boot-leg leggings: These are a great alternative to leggings or pants. They are as cozy as sweat pants, and as sexy as trousers.

Colorful shoes: Jimmy Choo colorful shoes add a more playful edge to black pants, and open-toed shoes can be worn all year round.

The big bag: This oversize Jimmy Choo bag is a carry-all that carries it all. Don't worry if you need to carry books, or even baby bottles. With this bag, no one needs to know what you have inside.

Tricks of the trade: Belt it, baby. Every woman has curves, so show them off.

Dolce & Gabbana
This Dolce & Gabbana-inspired look has a cinematic “La Dolce Vita” sensuality. We took this sexy secretary out of from behind the desk and out on to the streets for fun. The newsboy hat, sexy hoops, bra and corset belt are fun accessories that add allure to a conservative black sweater and pencil skirt.

Top to bottom: Newsboy hat: Hats are a fun way to add a youthful quality to a relatively conservative look.

Gold hoops: Gold hoops make any outfit fun and sexy.

Owl pendant: A fun little friend as a pendant. Great conversation piece and charming necklace to further accentuate the bust.

Tight black sweater/ blouse: This simple sweater and blouse looks great with a skinny skirt. Sometimes a tighter skirt accentuates a woman’s curves more than a fuller bust.

Oxford-style high heels: The menswear oxford just got a sexy lift with a high heel and hot metal details.

This new leopard-skin oversize clutch by Jimmy Choo is a great way to add color to a black-and-white look.

Tricks: Bigger hoops are better.

Big gold hoops instantly make you an Italian film star and brighten even the simplest of looks. Think beautiful Jennifer Lopez.
