INGREDIENTS
- 4 ears Queen Anne’s Corn, roasted
- 6 avocado, diced
- 1 red pepper, diced
- 2 jalapeòos, diced
- ½ red onion, diced
- 2 lemons, juiced
- 1 tbsp. olive oil
- 1 tbsp. Kosher salt
- 1 bunch cilantro, chopped
DIRECTIONS
Roast corn over a hot grill. Cut corn off cob and mix with remaining ingredients. Serve with chips or Indian flat bread.
