Three state agencies are teaming up to help promote the New Hampshire Film Festival.
The state Liquor Commission, the Division of Travel and Tourism and the Film and Television Office are promoting the annual event to support businesses and arts and culture.
The festival drew 9,000 people to Portsmouth last year for its 10th anniversary.
This year's festival is planned for Oct. 13 to 16. It features independent films from New Hampshire and elsewhere, as well as seminars and networking events.
