You know, back in my day, kids without guidance from older sisters or moms had to figure out how to do this makeup thing all by ourselves — which totally explains blue eye shadow. Why that beryl hue remains popular in the age of YouTube, however, is anyone's guess. The video-sharing website is lousy with makeup tutorials!
Blair Fowler, aka JuicyStar07, is one of four beauty gurus who rank in the 100 most subscribed channels on YouTube. She has more than 800,000 subscribers and over 150,000,000 views on YouTube channel, and was even nominated with her sister Elle as a duo for the 2011 Teen Choice Awards "Choice Web Star" category.
