Blair Fowler, aka JuicyStar07, is one of four beauty gurus who rank in the 100 most subscribed channels on YouTube. She has more than 800,000 subscribers and over 150,000,000 views on YouTube channel, and was even nominated with her sister Elle as a duo for the 2011 Teen Choice Awards "Choice Web Star" category.
