Meet Sam Kass, chef to the Obamas and senior policy adviser for Michelle Obama's Let's Move! campaign. Kass, who graduated with a history degree from the University of Chicago before working in the restaurant industry, was the Obamas' personal chef in Chicago and subsequently followed them to the White House.
I caught up with him to pick his brain about his daily routine, his guilty pleasure food and what he would be doing if he wasn't a chef.
