The Village Voice's Michael Musto spotted an interesting nugget about Elizabeth Taylor's eating habits during the 1960s, as revealed in the new memoir by designer Vicky Tiel, who met the Academy-award winner in 1964 and dressed her for years. The small-framed late actress told The New York Times in 1986 that she lost 50 pounds after going on a diet, but allowed herself one “pig out” day each week: “'Fried chicken. Mashed potatoes. With lots of gravy. Lima beans. Corn. Chocolate cake of some kind. But then the next two days you really have to watch it,” said the star of ''Cleopatra" and "Cat on a Hot Tin Roof."

But before the days of moderation, this was Taylor’s typical menu. What’s on your daily menu? What do you eat when you pig out?
