Peels of 4 lemons 1 cup demerara sugar 4 tea bags, one quart Earl Grey Tea 1 cup fresh-squeezed lemon juice 2 1/2 cups Hennessy Cognac 1 1/2 cups Goslings dark rumWhole nutmeg to grind on top for garnish
DIRECTIONS
In a large punch bowl, peel the skin of 4 lemons. Add a small amount of superfine sugar and muddle the peel with the sugar.
Add the demerara and tea mixture, cognac, rum and lemon juice to the bowl and stir to mix. Place large piece of ice in the bowl. Garnish with nutmeg and serve.
