Fruit Bar-B-Cue

  • Pineapple, peach, pear, figs
  • 1 each apricot, banana
  • 1 Vanilla bean
  • 1/2 cup (optional) Muscat wine
  • Brown sugar to taste
  • Figs and manchego cheese
  • Pears and creamy gorgonzola
  • Apples and cheddar cheese

DIRECTIONSFresh fruits are cut and placed on skewers and placed in marinade for 20 minutes or covered with cheese and placed on aluminum foil and wrapped closed.

Transfer to grill to cook for 15 minutes.

Serving platterTransfer to plate or bowl and serve plain or garnish with ice cream.
