In this installment of TODAY Food's All-Star Thanksgiving, we're taking a culinary trip to the Midwest with chefs Gavin Kaysen of Spoon and Stable in Minneapolis and "Sandwich King" Jeff Mauro of Pork and Mindy's in Chicago. Mauro is whipping up crispy sweet potatoes with his signature Pig Candy (candied bacon). Meanwhile Kaysen is sharing his recipe for creamed spinach topped with fried cheese curds.
