In this installment of TODAY Food's All-Star Thanksgiving, we're taking a culinary trip to the Midwest with chefs Gavin Kaysen of Spoon and Stable in Minneapolis and "Sandwich King" Jeff Mauro of Pork and Mindy's in Chicago.
