Happy 40th, Jimmy Fallon! Thanks for making celebs do all this crazy stuff

The best way to gauge how much we love Jimmy Fallon as host of the "Tonight Show" is to watch how much his celebrity guests love him, and how they're willing to do almost anything to help him entertain the late-night masses.

As a special 40th birthday present, we've rounded up several of our favorite clips of Fallon getting stars (big stars, with Oscars and stuff!) to do everything from sing and dance to shave, suck helium, spit yogurt and roll on the floor.

Thanks, Jimmy, for transforming "Tonight," and here's to 40 more years of laughs.

Guest: Jon Hamm
Bit: "Palisades Park Pet Patrol," an '80s TV show where the stars talked with their mouths full. Watch pretzels, potato chips, peanuts and pumpkin pie fly as the two provoked one another.

Guest: Halle Berry
Bit: "This Is How We Roll," in which the two performed as a human hamster wheel. "I'm not gonna look at anything, I promise," Fallon said as the actress stepped over his face in a dress. "Allright, I peeked, I peeked, I peeked."

Guest: Kristen Wiig
Bit: The actress did her entire interview as Harry Styles, from the boy band One Direction. Improving her way through the entire ordeal, Wiig (Harry) even had to be told that she should have a British accent.

Guest: Billy Joel
Bit: The host and legendary singer, with the help of an iPad app, formed a two-man doo-wop group. "Near the village, the peaceful village, the lion sleeps tonight," Joel sang in his finest high-pitch.

Guest: Paul Rudd
Bit: The first lip-sync battle on the new "Tonight Show." The actor channeled Tina Turner first and finished with a hip-gyrating Freddie Mercury impression ... "They call me Mr. Fahrenheit!" Hot stuff, indeed.

Guest: Morgan Freeman
Bit: The iconic voice of the Oscar winner was reduced to a comedic prop thanks to a conversation on helium. "It's so fun when you come here," Fallon said as Freeman stared at him with zero humor in his eyes.

Guest: Kevin Hart
Bit: A front-row seat on the Rip Ride Rockit roller coaster at Universal Orlando. The actor had to convince the ride attendant he was tall enough to get on and then screamed "God! God! God!" and "Stop! Stop! Stop!" throughout.

Guest: Lindsay Lohan
Bit: Water War. Way before the Ice Bucket Challenge, the actress engaged in a soaking battle in which she even made a point to dump one glass of water on Fallon's crotch.
