Eva Smendziuk, a single mother of "an incredible 7-year-old boy" named Garrick and part-time real estate agent, won our sweepstakes, The Wizarding World Vacation on TODAY.
She was awarded a trip for her and up to three guests to Universal Orlando Resort to visit the Island of Adventure theme park's new experience, The Wizarding World of Harry Potter.
TODAY.com reached out to Eva to learn a bit more about her and what has her most excited about winning the trip.
Who are the three guests you're traveling with?
I'm bringing my 7-year-old son, Garrick. Being that he is 7, he hasn’t read any books but is mesmerized by the movies and is begging for the Nintendo DS game.
I'm also bringing my twin sister, Anna and her boyfriend Tom. Tom has been an avid fan of the books and movies since the beginning. He has the entire library!
Anna has recently jumped on the bandwagon watching all of the movies on DVD release in less than six days to prepare for the "Deathly Hallows - Part 2." Now after seeing them all once, she is preparing to watch them all again in case she missed something the first time. She is also starting to read the series from Tom’s collection.
What are you most excited about for the trip?
My son now believes in luck and that good things happen to good people. He is so excited that he wants to leave tomorrow!
Who's your favorite "Harry Potter" character?
By far it has to be Rubeus Hagrid. He is a kind gentle soul but fiercely loyal. His love and respect for every animal is such an endearing quality, you can’t help but be drawn to his character.
What do you like most about TODAY?
TODAY for me is the same as a morning cup of coffee. I watch it to wake up and get ready for the day.

Ann Curry is my favorite! She is classy, attractive and fits into any situation -- from reporting the serious news of the day to surviving some crazy adventures.
