For any woman who's ever slept in her bra, there's a new-fangled cosmetic procedure out there for you-- the "internal bra."  The minimally invasive operation has been gaining popularity in Europe but has yet to be performed in the United States.  It involves the insertion of a mesh cup underneath the skin, giving women a boost in bustline and in many cases, self esteem.  While the shaping surgery will likely become a popular pick in the US, it does beg the question, how far is too far when it comes to achieving a flawless figure.  Does the emergence of this surgery imply that women must be perfectly perky 24 hours a day 7 days a week?  It's one thing to wear a bra during the day, but now women aren't even taking the night off?  What do you think?  Is this surgery another example of our excessive desire to achieve ideal images or a practical procedure?
