Our own Kathie Lee Gifford is a woman of many talents. Not only does she co-host the fourth hour with Hoda and provide her expertise in wine; she is also a New York Times best-selling author.
Taking time out of her busy schedule, Kathie Lee sat down with TODAY's Meredith Vieira to talk about her new children's book, "The Legend of Messy M'Cheany," which is based on a song she wrote years ago with her collaborator David Friedman.
But Kathie Lee also got some inspiration from her own life. In fact, her dedication in the book says: "For Cassidy, the real Messy M'Cheany, I love you exactly the way you are."
