Move over, Dakota Johnson! There's a new Anastasia Steele now.

Sure, the "Need for Speed" actress stars as the female lead in the highly anticipated big screen adaptation of "Fifty Shades of Grey." But thanks to a little movie-trailer magic, the role has been recast.

Check out "Fifty Shades" of fun with Ellen DeGeneres.

"I'm so happy and proud to say I got the lead role," Ellen told her audience before airing her version of the too-hot-to-handle trailer. "They're acting like it's Dakota Johnson, but it's not. It's me … because no one knows their way around a whip more than me."

DeGeneres called the clip some of her "best work," and it's hard to argue that point when you see her reaction to Christian Grey's Red Room of Pain.

As if that wasn't funny enough (and it really was), the talk show host offered up bonus amusement in the form of "Fifty" bloopers on her website after the show.

Of course, this isn't the first time she's played the dark romance for laughs. Back in 2012, she offered fans a dramatic reading of the book the movie is based on.

"Fifty Shades of Grey," sans DeGeneres, hits theaters in February 2015. It's a production of Focus Features and Universal Pictures Group, owned by NBCUniversal, the parent company of NBC News.
