Welcome to the world, Boomer!

Olympic swimming legend Michael Phelps introduced "the little dude," his newborn son, Boomer, in a live Facebook chat on Sunday.

The 18-time gold medalist was taking questions along with fiancee Nicole Johnson and friend Allison Schmitt as they drove to the airport.

He provided a quick glimpse on camera of a sleeping Boomer, who was born on May 5.

"I changed my first diaper today," Phelps said. "The photos that (the doula) showed me of what diapers could look like freaked me out, not gonna lie. I was afraid to change a diaper at first, and today I was like, 'I'm gonna do it. I'm gonna have that experience before we leave.'"

Johnson jokingly called Phelps' first diaper change "a milestone."

Phelps added that Boomer has given him "a new definition of love."
