"Harry Potter" has magically tiny feet. "The Cat in the Hat" appears ready for a nap. And "Charlie and the Chocolate Factory" never looked so sweet.

This is what it might look like if babies took over some of the world's most beloved children's classics.

In honor of National Storytelling Week, celebrated Feb. 1-8 in the U.K., British family photography studio Venture Photography recreated famous scenes from favorite kids' books in a cute photo series starring just infants.

First, the company asked 2,000 British parents to pick their favorite classic story. "Charlie and the Chocolate Factory" topped the list, followed by the "Harry Potter" series and the "Winnie the Pooh" series.

The top 10 list also includes "The Cat in the Hat," "Peter Pan," "The Lion, The Witch and The Wardrobe," "Alice in Wonderland," "The Frog Prince," "The Wizard of Oz" and "The Borrowers."

All those books get the baby treatment in the photos, with newborns ranging from 4 weeks to 26 weeks old inhabiting those classic characters. Check out the full series:
