Budweiser gives real guy the most insane night of his life

Budweiser whatever happens next Super Bowl ad
Budweiser

If a comely woman at a bar offered you a Bud Light and asked you if you were up for whatever happened next, what would you say?

Probably yes, as one lucky dude "Ian" did in Budweiser's much-hyped "Whatever happens next" spot. His simple answer takes him from a bachelorette party in a limo deejayed by Reggie Watts, to an elevator with a llama herded by Don Cheadle, to a party where all the other guests are twins. Only at this point does our Jersey-Shore-esque protagonist start to get a little uncomfortable, but i'ts soon washed away by a one-on-one ping pong game with Arnold Schwarzenegger in a blonde wig.

The kitchen sink of ideas and pre-game push worked for Anheuser-Busch. The brewer dominated the ad viewings prior to the Super Bowl with 49 million of the total 130 million views. While this spot came sixth in views, it was second in total number of social actions.

Budweiser showed a 30-second teaser version of the ad early in the game and promised more. The full version is three minutes and forty-four seconds. At a reported $4 million for every 30-seconds, that would be quite the commitment.
