How many times have you been watching the fourth hour and thought to yourself, "You know, this is great, but it would be even better with giant weapons"?

If so: your wish was granted today! Miladies Kathie Lee and Hoda were joined by Shane Adams, host of the History Channel's "Full Metal Jousting." The show is part historical reenactment and part athletic competition, pitting faux knights against one another in Round Table round-robins. If Shane thought he was getting out of here without giving the girls a demo, he was horribly wrong.

KLG and Hoda suited up in some modified armor and prepared to do battle, Camelot-style. Of course, given giant sticks and breastplates, they had trouble containing themselves long enough to actually compete. Besides, they both like to cheat entirely too much for that honor code and chivalry junk.

"I don't want to break a nail," said KLG, who immediately began poking at Hoda with her lance before the official trumpet blare.

"Please stop cheating," implored Shane.

"That's not cheating, that's foreplay," rejoined Kathie Lee. Shane is Canadian so he blushed.

Medieval Times were had by all. Fie on ye who does not watch the clip.
