There's never a dull moment with Richard Simmons, who in his sixties remains a one-man human dance party. He swung by TODAY in a whirl of sparkly shorts to Get Fit with Kathie Lee and Hoda, and also to extoll the virtues of exercise, calorie restriction, and the fourth-hour ladies themselves, whom he professed to love "more than pizza."
Things got crazy in a hurry when Richard pumped up the Cyndi Lauper and started a synchronized dance.
Hoda and Kathie Lee proved that they have the moves, even if KLG's aren't the same ones as everybody else's. If you're not in step with Richard, he will call you out on it. ("Kathie's! Not! Paying! Attention!") Hoda lost a bracelet in the ensuing shuffle, demonstrating once again that the sequined one is never to be underestimated.
