This is a nonalcoholic version of a classic Champagne cocktail … with a Vegas twist, of course! Cotton candy gives this drink fun color and sweet flavor.
Technique tip: The bitters in this recipe will really help balance out the sweetness of the candy and the wine.
Swap option: If you want to make this boozy, swap out the nonalcoholic wine with prosecco or Champagne.
Ingredients
- Pop Rocks candy
- lemon wedge
- 1/2 ounce nonalcoholic aperitivo
- pinch of sea salt
- cotton candy
- sparking nonalcoholic wine
Preparation
Place the Pop Rocks on a plate or in a shallow bowl. Use a lemon wedge to wet the rim of the glass and dip in the Pop Rocks, coating the rim and sides.
2.Place the aperitivo into the bottom of the glass. Add a pinch of sea salt. Top with a big chunk of cotton candy.
3.Pour the sparkling wine on top and garnish with more cotton candy. Serve immediately.
