Hairstylist Louis Licari and TODAY contributor Jill Martin brought two women out from the rainy TODAY plaza to give them fabulous summer makeovers!
After holding down the fort at home with five kids while her husband was serving in the Air Force, Laura Willoughby got some well-deserved pampering Thursday.
"Thank you sweetheart for being such a wonderful wife and a mother to our kids, especially this past year. And now, I really want you to have something for you," her husband lovingly said.
Part two was just as heartwarming. Daughter Elsie Baker genuinely voiced her appreciation for her mother, Ennis.
"She's like, the best mom ever. She's so pretty and I want to outline that."
There were tears of joy and big embraces as her mom, Ennis, stepped out with her new look.
"She looks amazing," Elsie said. "I can't even."
