Tough As Nails, a boutique in Los Angeles is suing Lindsay Lohan, claiming the actress hasn't paid her bills.

According to the lawsuit, filed on Wednesday in Los Angeles Superior Court, Tough As Nails claims that between November 2009 and February 2010, the actress bought clothing, jewelry and accessories, totaling more than $17,000.

The company goes on to claim in their court filing that the actress paid just $180, leaving more than $16,000 due to the boutique.

The boutique went on to claim that Lohan promised her business manager would pay the rest of the alleged debt, however Tough As Nails claims the actress had no intention of having her rep pay the bill.

They went on to say if they knew that Lohan "had no intention of paying the amounts due... (they) would not have sold any of the merchandise" to the star.

Tough As Nails is asking for $16,880.63, plus interest, as well as attorney's fees.

Lohan has not yet responded to the lawsuit in court.
