Khloé Kardashian had late-night TV on her mind Tuesday, when she announced that her new talk show, "Kocktails with Khloe," will air on the FYI Network.

"Excited to announce my new talk show 'Kocktails with Khloé' on the @FYI network!!" she announced to her tens of millions of social-media followers Tuesday afternoon. "Can't wait to show you all what we have in store for you on the show. More to come soon!

FYI Network's parent company, A&E, issued a press release that describes the show's format as an "intimate dinner party filled with cooking, pop culture, conversation and outrageously fun party games."

“I'm lucky that I've been able to invite fans into my life and home on a weekly basis and this show will give me an opportunity to continue to do that with new and exciting guests," Kardashian said in a statement. "Being an executive producer allows me the opportunity to create original content and I can't wait to show my fans what we have in store on 'Kocktails with Khloe.'"

Her series will be produced by Pilgrim Studios, the company behind TV shows ranging from "Ghost Hunters" and "Wicked Tuna" to "My Big Fat Fabulous Life" and "Amazing America with Sarah Palin," as well as Lifetime Original Movies such as "Amanda Knox: Murder on Trial in Italy."

FYI Network has given the green light to producing eight hour-long episodes of "Kocktails with Khloe," which is slated to premiere before the end of the year.

Of course, Kardashian isn't the only "Keeping up with the Kardashians" star gearing up for a new series. Caitlyn Jenner's solo reality-TV show, "I Am Cait," premieres July 26 on E!
