It's been a long cold four weeks without our favorite Seattle Grace docs, but in tonight's new episode of Grey's Anatomy some couples brought the sizzle and others are seeing red. What went down in tonight's Grey's Anatomy?

It's been a long cold four weeks without our favorite Seattle Grace docs, but in tonight's new episode of Grey's Anatomy some couples brought the sizzle and others are seeing red. What went down in tonight's Grey's Anatomy?

Plus, find out what moment made our hearts stop:

BREAKING NEWS: Fox Gives Fringe a Fourth Season!

WHAT WE LEARNED

Love Your Wife: In a twist that everyone saw coming, Teddy's (Kim Raver) paper hubby Henry (Scott Foley) is falling for her--and hard. Sure, his first confession of love was while he was high on pain meds, but what girl doesn't like to be told her eyes are beautiful? Awww...Well apparently Teddy doesn't as much as you'd think, leading to one of this episode's many broken male hearts. Sometimes smart girls can be really dumb. Come on, Teddy, he's adorable, and you are already married to him!

Paging Emmy Voters: Another super sadduo: the Chief (James Pickens, Jr.) and Adele (Loretta Devine) are in the midst of Alzheimer's testing and knee-deep in denial. And can we just say, whoa, Loretta! She stole the whole sad scene perfectly from denial to desperation. We'll go ahead and predict a rapid deterioration of Adele's lucidity between now and the season finale.

Triangles Hurt So Good: Jackson and Lexie (Chyler Leigh) getting busy everywhere, and we mean everywhere, which results in two important things: drama and shirtless Jesse Williams. Both are things we love and can support. Things we don't love: Mark's (Eric Dane) sad face when he realizes Lexie has moved on. And if that kicked-dog look wasn't enough, Callie (Sara Ramirez) tells us via text, "Mark is freaking out." We really needed that clarification.

I Heart My Mommies: Thanks for the heart attack, Shonda Rhimes. Callie and Arizona (Jessica Capshaw) were on their way to B&B bliss, but they definitely missed that reservation. In one of the tensest driving scenes ever, the ladies went from arguing over Mark to sharing a marriage proposal (yay!) to enduring a car-crash cliffhanger. (No!) We understand it wouldn't be proper Grey's Anatomy style to let us fans wait peacefully for next week's emotional musical, but man, we're too young to have heart palpitations. Of course, Callie'll survive, she has to. Right? But just how close will she come to dying next week?

WHAT'S TO COME

Musical? What Musical? If you've been living under a rock or were recently sprung from the big house then maybe you haven't heard about a little thing called the Grey's Anatomy: The Music Event. The ep is chock-full of all the favorite tunes of seasons' past and tear-worthy Callie-in-peril drama. The best part: It's just one short week until we get to see it on March 31.

Cutthroat Docs: Does having a hubby deciding Chief Resident help or hurt your chances? While Cristina (Sandra Oh) and Owen (Kevin McKidd) might not be arguing about future babies, the big Chief Resident decision is likely going to cause some friction for newlyweds.

Big Decisions: It must be tough, two gorgeous docs clamoring for your affections. Are you Team Jackson or Team Mark? Chyler Leigh talks upcoming Lexie-Mark-Jackson triangle drama in the episodes to come.

So drama fans, did you need paddles to restart your heart after that cliffhanger? Are you enjoying the Jackson-Lexie romance and the shirtless Jesse Williams that comes with it? Exactly how many minutes are there until next Thursday? Hit the comments and let us know!
