Snooki, step aside. You're getting upstaged by the "Jersey Shore" bad boys.

Of course, it's a good news/bad news situation, so to speak.

In "good" news, Vinny Guadagnino, who left the "Shore" house last week and headed home to Staten Island, has kissed and made up with his castmembers, according to TMZ. The website reports that Guadagnino was recently spotted going back to the "Shore" with a bag of laundry. And wherever an overly-tanned man lays his cast-off underwear is, traditionally, his true home.

Meanwhile, the "bad" news is that Mike "The Situation" Sorrentino has been hit with a $1 million lawsuit from his former management company, Gotham NYC Entertainment. According to TMZ, the suit, filed at the end of last week, stated that the company was fired in May for what Sorrentino called a "lack of performance."

Not cool, said Gotham, which alleged that Sorrentino is in breach of contract after it took him "from relative obscurity to become an international celebrity."

If that's what you want to call it.

Sorrentino's lawyer has since fired back, stating that the suit "is filled with lies and falsities."
