"Bachelors" no more!

Before Chris Lambton asked Peyton Wright to be his wife June 18, the 33-year-old landscaper made sure to ask her father's permission first.

"He's a Southern gentleman at heart," Peyton, 27, tells Us Weekly of the romantic proposal at Lambton's home in Cape Cod, Mass. "Right after he did it, the entire family came over and joined us for a celebration at his house."

Wright — who vied for Andy Baldwin's affection during season 10 of "The Bachelor" — tells Us she she hasn't had time to work out the specifics of the wedding just yet.

"We're just going to enjoy being engaged for awhile and worry about that later," she says. "Once I get over the initial shock, I think we'll sit down and start putting together our ideas of what I like, what he likes, and what we've both envisioned."

Earlier this year, Lambton — who was sent packing during Ali Fedotowsky's reign as "The Bachelorette" — couldn't help but rave about his bride-to-be.

"I love her and I'm so happy to be with her," Lambton said during a "Bachelor" reunion party in January. "And you know what, two good things came from this show: one, meeting Peyton and two, the strong friendships I made. I have no regrets about doing the show."
